hetv.org provides a comprehensive set of resources relating to health
education. Materials can be downloaded for offline research or printed for easy

Programme Activities:
This programme serves the purpose of providing immediate access to a central
repository of health materials and resources to anyone in the world with an
online connection. This online repository of health information includes
books, pamphlets, instructional manuals, posters, pictures, graphs and more
about health issues, treatments, and other pertinent information. This wide
variety of downloadable material is in Marathi and English for mothers,
health workers, doctors, policy workers, and anyone else interested. This
programme looks to create and provide video and radio programs to download on
the online site of hetv.org.
Much of the information and resources on the site can also be downloaded for
offline use and printed for easy dissemination.
Intended Results:
hetv.org serves the need of
providing a central repository of accurate health information to anyone with
an internet connection. This will serve as a useful resource to allow those
connected to educate themselves and utilize the necessary information about
management of diarrhoea and other health issues, and promote these ideas and
educate others.
Programme Management and Implementation:
HETV will manage, update, and oversee the existing website. The documents and
many of the resources on the website will be provided by partners and they
will manage and enhance their information as necessary.
Programme Monitoring and Evaluation:
HETV will monitor the technical issues associated with the health education
website. It will also monitor and evaluate who is visiting the website, what
resources are frequently visited, and how the information is being received
and understood by those accessing it.
